The VUETRADE Platinum Distributors for the month of March is awarded to Scone Home Timber & Hardware for their support to us by offering our timber connectors range in the Hunter region.

Scone Home Timber & Hardware is an independently owned and operated business in Scone NSW. As part of the Lavis Hardware and Building group, a local Hunter Valley family operate in the region for years.

Time flies by for these guys, with over  15 years in being loyal to its customers, trusted for their friendly team, the support to the community and passion about bringing you the best in hardware is what makes them stand out. A local Hunter region Timber & Hardware store that has the VUETRADE quality and innovative Timber Connectors range, is one of the reasons that makes these guys unique.

What is it about your Store that makes it a place that Tradies love to buy from?

At Lavis Hardware & Building we aim to be a trusted partner to our local trades. We build credibility through our industry knowledge and stocking trade quality products. We are reliable and make sure we take the time to know what our tradies want from us as a partner and how we can assist them to grow their business.

Do you believe it’s all about location when it comes to business, or is it unique products & customer service?

They believe it’s a healthy combination of all three. Whilst our physical store location central in town offers convenience we also work hard to ensure our store layout has our key trade products in the right location. Providing some unique products can give you a competitive advantage but you still need to listen to your customers to make sure it is the right fit. Tying all this together is the offer of professional customer service that over delivers with consistency.

What do you or your clients like the most about our products?

The Vuetrade product packaging allows us to achieve high merchandising standards while also utilising available space with their consistent box sizes. We also acknowledge Vuetrades culture with a genuine passion to partner with us and look for ways to adapt and evolve in an ever changing market.
