Meet VUETRADE’s Jason and Jamie Shedden.

Jason and Jamie went to the Clennett’s Mitre 10 Expo this year, along with over 2000 builders and tradies! The event was held at Princes Wharf 1, Hobart, on Thursday 21st March 2019.

Clennett’s “Mighty Helpful” Mitre 10 is a family business which has its roots in the 1940s Tasmanian timber industry, with their first hardware store opening over 30 years ago. Clennett’s Mitre 10 now has four trade outlets serving Southern Tasmanian tradies, and declare that they will ‘always endeavour to better serve the needs of [their] customers because [they] understand that in hardware “customers are really everything”.’

Clennett’s Mitre 10 hosted this Expo so their customers could network with each other and stores, keep up to date on stores’ activities, ask questions about building materials product ranges, and find out about great products, like VUETRADE’s T Blades and Caps, VUESMART Strap Bracing Tensioners and Bolt Down Post Support.

Tradies and builders from all around Southern Tasmania attended the Trade Night. Jason and Jamie enjoyed connecting with the tradies who came up to the VUETRADE stand – they especially appreciated those who gave us feedback on our products and customer service, and suggested innovations to make every tradie’s life easier!

VUETRADE Manager Tim Shedden also attended and enjoyed re-connecting with Clennett’s Mitre 10 management, and meeting the builders and tradies at the Expo.
