What is it about your Store that makes it a place that Tradies love to buy from?
Tradies love Mitre 10 and CRT Wauchope because they know we have the products and expert knowledge to get the job done. We’re located at the entrance to Wauchope and are open seven days a week, making it a quick, easy place to drop in and load up.
What makes your Store different from all the others around your area.
Apart from our huge range and variety of products, we’re a long-standing local business, which is part of the Hastings Co-operative – a community-owned group of 22 businesses, which was formed back in 1916. When customers shop with us they can become a Co-op member, meaning they collect loyalty points whenever they shop with any of our businesses.
Do you agree that it’s all about the location or is it unique products & customer service when it comes to business provide the best to your clients?
It’s always a combination of all three, as well as listening to what your customers want and being proactive and flexible to meet those needs. If we don’t have something, we’ll do our best to get it for them. We also pride ourselves on all the added extras like local delivery and value-added services like soil testing, pool water testing and paint matching.

The Coronavirus means we’re doing business differently, but we’re definitely open for business, seven days a week. We have strict sanitisation and social distancing measures in place and offer click and collect and local delivery to make life easier.
