What is it about your Store that makes it a place that Tradies love to buy from? Tradies love to come to our store for a number of reasons. We have an experienced and friendly trade team that can handle any enquiry, big or small, and are always willing to go and above and beyond for our customers. We open at 6:30am for the convenience of our trade clients and have a comprehensive range of trade products to cover every project requirement. We work very hard to ensure our pricing is as competitive as any in the market.

Do you believe it’s all about location when it comes to business or is it unique products & customer service? A good location is great, but it’s not everything. Our first priority is always the customer experience. Our aim is for them to walk away with everything they need to do the job, regardless of whether the product is unique or an everyday item. Of course, atmosphere is important – we offer a professional service as good as the big boys, but with a small-town country charm.

We look forward to supporting you! When is your next Trade Event going to be held & where? We are currently finalising our on-going events schedule for the upcoming season. This will include activities such as SMS flash-sales to our customer database, in-store trade product demonstration days and many other targeted local initiatives.
