What is it about your Store that makes it a place that Tradies love to buy from? For our Tradie customers we have focused greatly on developing a strong relationship with them over the last 12 months to understand their needs. A major reason for the local trades returning to shopping local was the ability to have all the products required for their job, and as such we have increased our stock levels by 30% to meet this need. From Timber, Hardware, to Paint, Plumbing and even a dedicated Garden Centre, we are a one stop shop for our customers.

Do you believe it’s all about location when it comes to business or is it unique products & customer service? Definitely customer service for us! Our location is within 5mins of Castlemaine’s CBD and to date, we haven’t felt that this has been of any impact to our business. Our regional location, has meant that we often stock some unique products, however, our customer service, new branding and improved store has seen a return of customers shopping local.
