Our Sales Representation Jason Shedden caught up with David Le Cudennec and James at the Thornleigh outlet in January to ask a few questions:

What is it about your Stores that makes it a place that Tradies love to buy from? Our stores are primarily set up for servicing the trade. We endeavour to keep an appropriate product range of suitable quality products in both our timber and hardware lines. 

Do you believe it’s all about location when it comes to business or is it unique products & customer service? Location is certainly a big part as we set up our stores as close as we can to areas where our customers are working. Travelling around Sydney is time consuming enough as it is.  Having unique products is an advantage but the main factor that helps ours and indeed any business to succeed is delivering a high level of customer service. It makes all the difference.
